My keynotes explore what it means to lead and live well in periods of pressure, uncertainty and change while building connection, community and resilience.
I’ve designed and delivered leadership development experiences for audiences across multiple countries including South Africa, Poland, Hungary, Dubai, London, Belfast, Dublin and also delivered virtual programmes to global audiences.
Because of this wide range of audiences, I’ve noticed some themes and ways of designing experiences that audiences feel, rather than simply hear and forget.
Themes that have emerged in my work include presence, emotional intelligence, resilience, community, connection and leadership - approached in a way that is honest, practical and deeply human.
I want audiences to leave having felt something, not simply heard something.
“Wisdom is knowledge that lives in the body” and so I ensure the audience experiences the insights because they’re the ones we remember and act upon. I create this through involving the audience and their experience through speaking WITH rather than speaking AT them.
Audiences leave with practical tools to strengthen confidence, communication and resilience in everyday life and leadership.
My work and keynotes also explore what happens beneath performance: pressure, emotion, physiology, confidence, resilience and the hidden patterns shaping how we lead, communicate and work together.
Sustainable performance and delivering value rarely comes from pushing harder.
Instead, performing while delivering value comes from developing greater awareness, capacity and connection - individually and collectively.
Drawing on experience facilitating senior leaders and managers internationally, alongside executive coaching and leadership development work, I bring a practical and deeply human perspective to topics including:
Resilience and recovery
Leadership under pressure
Change and transformation
Emotional intelligence at work
Confidence and authentic leadership
The human skills needed in an AI world
Team dynamics and psychological safety
