A coach who cares

Who am I?

Husband, Dad, Coach.

I’m on a journey from my head to my heart, from understanding the world through models and theory to experiencing it more fully through emotions and presence.

You can hear about this journey here in my first TedX.

I do this through my work as a leadership coach, facilitator and speaker working with leaders & teams who care deeply about how they show up - not just what they achieve.

My work sits at the intersection of leadership performance, emotional intelligence and nervous system regulation. I’m particularly interested in what happens under pressure: how leaders adapt, think, feel, relate and make decisions when the stakes are real.

I believe sustainable leadership doesn’t come from more strategies alone, but from developing the inner capacity to stay present, regulated and human in complex environments.

Clients describe my style as calm, challenging and deeply attuned. I ask thoughtful questions, slow conversations down when needed and help people notice what’s happening beneath the surface - where the real leverage and transformation often is.

I work primarily through long-term 1:1 coaching engagements, alongside facilitation, keynotes and bespoke leadership programmes.

Outside of my work, I’m a father, a lifelong learner and someone who believes that meaningful change starts with paying attention - to ourselves, to each other and to the moment we’re in.

Who I work With

I work best with leaders who are thoughtful, self-reflective and open to doing the inner work required for outer impact. I also work with leadership teams to connect & perform while developing their ability to debate, decide and deliver.

Many of my clients are senior leaders, founders and high-potential professionals who are successful on paper - but sense there’s another level of growth, presence, confidence and clarity available to them.

If you’re looking for quick fixes or surface-level motivation, I’m probably not the right fit. If you’re willing to slow down to move forward, we’ll likely work well together.
